Most of our route is acre-plus lots in West Lake Hills, Rollingwood, and the Lake Austin corridor — hill-country slopes, mature live oaks, dry-stack limestone walls, deck-and-pool elevations. The work is different from a flat suburban yard, and the equipment and approach have to match.

We run pro-grade commercial mowers (and battery hand-tools where we can) so the route is quieter than a typical crew. We change cut height by season — taller in July and August so St. Augustine and zoysia hold moisture under the live-oak canopy and never get scalped. We follow oak-wilt protocol: no live-oak pruning February through June except for storm damage, and every cut sealed within minutes.

We don’t do high-pressure sales, we don’t upsell, and we don’t use chemicals near edible beds without asking first. The lawn either looks good or it doesn’t — that’s the only thing that matters.
