Most of our route is acre-plus lots in West Lake Hills, Rollingwood, and the Lake Austin corridor. Hill-country slopes, mature live oaks, dry-stack limestone, deck-and-pool elevations. Generic crews scalp the bank, scuff the trunks, and leave the leaves. That isn’t us.
Slope-tuned mowing
Right deck size for the grade — we hand-trim where a riding mower would scalp the front bank, and we change the cut pattern when a slope wants it.
Mature live-oak care
Skirt-up for line-of-sight from view decks, deadwood removal, and oak-wilt protocol — no live-oak pruning February through June except for storm damage; every cut sealed.
Hill-country-stone bed work
Hand-pulled weeds along limestone borders and dry-stack walls, mulch kept clear of oak trunk flares, mortar lines left clean. Nothing dislodged.

- Flat monthly rate, invoiced on the 1st for the month ahead. Or per-visit if you prefer — we do not push contracts. Cancel any time without a fee.
